On July 25, 2026, PEAKFIT Studio partnered with Athleta for a free community strength class — and the energy in the room was exactly what we hoped it would be.
Adults from across the Arden and South Asheville area came out to experience what PEAKFIT is all about: real coaching, real community, and a training environment built specifically for people who are serious about staying strong and active for the long term.
What the Class Looked Like
The PEAKFIT x Athleta Strength Class was a hands-on introduction to the PEAKFIT training philosophy — not a generic group fitness class, but a coached strength session that gave participants a real taste of what small group personal training feels like.
Participants moved through a structured warm-up, worked through foundational strength movements with coaching cues and form corrections, and finished with a recovery segment. Every person in the room got individual attention — the same experience our members get in every session.
The partnership with Athleta was a natural fit. Athleta’s commitment to empowering women through movement aligns directly with PEAKFIT’s mission: helping adults 40 and older build the strength, confidence, and resilience to live the life they want.
