Our Small Group Personal Training gives you the expert coaching and personalized programming of one-on-one training, with the energy and accountability of a small crew of people who get it  because they’re in the same season of life you are.

This is NOT a Generic Fitness Class.

Large bootcamps and crowded gym classes often lead to poor form, injuries, and plateaus. Our Small Group Personal Training is different by design.

Capped at 4-6 People

Small enough that the coach can watch every rep, correct your form, and modify exercises for your body.

We don't do random, exhausting workouts. We follow a progressive strength and mobility plan designed for adults over 40.

Small Group Personal Training is the middle path most people never knew existed: a certified coach, a structured 12-week strength program, a group capped at six at roughly a third of the cost of 1-on-1 training.

Done before the day begins. Ideal for working professionals and early risers who want their workout behind them before 8 AM.

Straight from work no wait, no rush. 5:30, not 6:00. The perfect way to decompress and invest in yourself after the day.
