Large bootcamps and crowded gym classes often lead to poor form, injuries, and plateaus. Our Small Group Personal Training is different by design.
Capped at 4-6 People
Small enough that the coach can watch every rep, correct your form, and modify exercises for your body.
Structured Programming
We don't do random, exhausting workouts. We follow a progressive strength and mobility plan designed for adults over 40.
