Large bootcamps and crowded gym classes often lead to poor form, injuries, and plateaus. Our Small Group Personal Training is different by design.

Small Group Personal Training is the middle path most people never knew existed: a certified coach, a structured 12-week strength program, a group capped at six at roughly a third of the cost of 1-on-1 training.
