What the class is

We built our studio around a simple idea: Train Strong. Live Long. Thrive Always. This class is that idea in action.

For one Saturday morning, we are bringing the PEAKFIT strength experience out of the studio and into Athleta Biltmore Park for a session designed to move, empower, and connect. Think approachable, coach-led strength training – kettlebells, bodyweight, and functional movement – programmed so a first-timer and a seasoned lifter can stand side by side and both leave feeling strong. No pressure, no intimidation. Just good movement, great energy, and a community that shows up for each other.

What to bring

Just your own yoga mat. We are asking everyone to bring their own mat to keep our community strong and sustainable. Wear comfortable training clothes and bring water – we will handle the rest.

It builds bone density, protects your joints, supports metabolism, and keeps you capable and independent as you age – which is exactly why national guidelines recommend muscle-strengthening activity at least twice a week for adults (CDC Physical Activity Guidelines).

That is the whole spirit of Stronger Together – you will push a little harder, laugh a little more, and leave with momentum a solo workout rarely delivers. It is the same philosophy behind everything we do, from 1-on-1 personal training in Asheville to our boutique group sessions in Arden.

Everyone. Whether you have never touched a kettlebell or you train five days a week, this class meets you where you are. It is an especially great fit if you have been curious about strength training but were not sure where to start. New to lifting or new to the area?
